Dunedin Fringe Festival 2024

After working with the Dunedin Otago Arts Trust in 2023 with a very successful campaign, in 2024, we saw a 49% increase in revenue (over 45k more) and a 43% increase in ticket sales. I was the Marketing & Communications Manager, managing three marketing interns and running the entire Fringe strategy and campaign for over 70 different events.
