Geni McCallum is a writer, photographer, and digital marketing consultant based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch), Aotearoa (New Zealand). With over fifteen years of experience in marketing and content creation, she brings a unique blend of creativity and insight to her work.
Geni’s writing explores themes of identity, mental health, and the search for belonging, drawing from her personal experiences and a lifelong journey of self-discovery. Her work reflects both her struggles and triumphs, offering readers an honest and engaging narrative.
Outside of her writing, Geni supports small to medium businesses, especially those with a social impact, and has been actively involved in advocacy and charitable work. She ran the first-ever March for Science in Ōtautahi in 2017 and founded the charity Frankly Productions in 2020, focusing on sex education content for Kiwi teenagers.
When she's not writing or working, she enjoys spending time with her cats, lounging on the couch, and rewatching her favourite romance series.
